We intentionally keep our team small so we can build genuine relationships, provide consistent support and tailor our services to each participant's goals, routines and preferences.

Grace Redington
Founder & Director
At Credo Disability Support, I believe quality support begins with competence.
My experience in disability support has shown me that participants value reliability, respect and support workers who genuinely understand the responsibility of their role. That belief inspired me to establish Credo Disability Support.
Alongside my experience in disability support, I am a registered Queensland teacher and hold qualifications in education, workplace training and assessment and hospitality. These experiences have shaped my commitment to professionalism, continuous learning and delivering high-quality support.
My goal is to build a service where every participant feels heard, respected and supported by capable people who take pride in the quality of the support they provide.
